I use these for evening Alpine skiing or on days when the temps are in the teen and twenties. My fingers get cold on the lifts and I will not like cumbersome mittens. I have gloves with removable liners and I place the warmers in between the liner and the outer glove on the again of my hand. If you don't have detachable liners, you could get a thin glove liner and spot them on the again of these and pull the glove above that. Will create heat for 4 or five hours. .

I use these hand warmers every day. they perform wonderful i havent run into any troubles nevertheless! They say that there good for 7 hrs plus and thats no lie everyone i've utilized so far has lasted at minimum ten hours! Awesome right? .
